RADIOLOGY ALLIANCE IS NO LONGER IN NETWORK WITH BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD OF TENNESSEE AS OF
APRIL 1, 2021
Unexpectedly, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (Blue Cross) terminated Radiology Alliance’s 20-year commercial agreement. Therefore, as of April 1, 2021 Radiology Alliance is no longer in-network for patients with certain BlueCross health plans. Although our agreement with BlueCross for Medicare Advantage members ended April 19, 2021, BlueCross Medicare Advantage members can continue to access Radiology Alliance providers in-network.
We recommend that you contact BlueCross at 1-866-843-3509 or the member services number on the back of your BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee health insurance card to determine if this applies to you.
Radiology Alliance is committed to engaging with BlueCross to reach a new agreement that will allow Radiology Alliance to resume offering in-network access to all BlueCross members. In the meantime, Radiology Alliance will continue serving Chattanooga and Middle Tennessee, providing the care you know and trust from our physicians today.
